New Automated Survey in Urbandale...I'm light on the details

Somebody is paying to do some polling in advance of the 2012 caucus season.  Neither my husband nor I have ever been registered as Republicans in Iowa, but I just got an automated phone survey that was definitely trolling for Republican opinions.  Unfortunately, the name of the survey company and the phone number they gave was at the beginning of the call before I had time to grab a pencil and paper, so I wasn't able to get it jotted down before my feeble mind forgot it.

I'm curious as to whether anyone else has received this call, so I'll post as much as I can remember from the questions after the jump.

1. In your opinion, what is the most important issue facing the United States today?  Answer options included Iraq and Afghanistan, Health Care, Financial Crisis among others.

2. Who did you vote for in the Republican caucus?  Listed all the Republicans who were involved but didn't have an option for “didn't participate” or anything like that.  I responded “undecided” since it seemed like the closest option.

3. Who do you prefer for the 2012 Republican nomination?  Listed all the major players including Palin, Huckabee (who I think came first), Gingrich, Romney.  I can't remember the other names listed.

4. Several opinion questions about President Obama.  Do you think he's doing a good job?  Who do you like better, President Obama or President Bush?  How would you rate his performance?  The last of these was “How would you describe President Obama?” with about five options for answers.  The first option was “Great Leader” and the fifth was “Socialist.”

5. The last question they asked me was “Who did you vote for for president in 2008, Barack Obama or John McCain?”  I responded Obama and that was the end of the call.

Anyone else get the survey?
