The U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the right of college students to vote where they are students in a landmark 1979 ruling. It has long been established that college students in Iowa who are from other states can vote in our elections. I haven't voted in Minnesota but I know that Iowa's absentee ballot instructions warn that the ballot will be considered spoiled if you cross out marks or make changes. You packed a remarkable number of factual errors into a short comment.
