Wasn’t Iowa’s filing deadline March 14?  How could another Republican legally join the race at this point?

The NRSC is financially preparing for a protracted recount (and maybe a protracted legal battle – and who knows what kind of dirty tricks squad…) so we should do all we can to make sure Begich is prepared.

about grandson Pat.  Is Chuck that good a grandpa to drudge in the minority for six more years just to give Pat a boost?
