I was so very excited when I saw a same sex couple in the Celebrations section of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier this morning. I can only hope that this means this state has moved past petty prejudices. 

So I am running for City Council in Dike. I got my signatures and yesterday I confirmed I was on the ballot. I am looking for advice from anyone in regard to what type of campaign is typically run for such a small local election. Any thoughts!!?
