Does Findley Have Any Qualifications?

As Attorney General, Findley would have to represent Iowa's interest against some of the best lawyers in the country.  She is ill-suited to the task.  Findley has no qualifications whatsoever.  A search of all published state and federal cases shows that she has never even appeared in court, much less a court in Iowa.  Findley apparently worked for a couple of years in a large national law firm representing corporate interests, but she has never released any details about her experience there.  Before we hand over the keys to our justice department to Findley, we need to know the answers to certain questions: (1) has Findley ever tried a case?; (2) has Findley ever taken a deposition? (3) does Findley have any experience with the criminal justice system?  There are many excellent lawyers in Iowa, both republicans and democrats.  Findley does not appear to be one of them.

and I think Miller would be in a great position to raise this issue if his campaign had educated people at all this year about what he has done and what the job entails. He’s leaving it pretty late in the day to start raising these questions.
